Built from a real need for better workspace.
Burnaby Work Hub is a new venture under the AD Group, born from real business needs and firsthand experience.
As a founder involved in multiple ventures across British Columbia, Arvind Dhillon was in the process of growing another business when the need for a reliable, flexible workspace became clear.
At the same time, he had started building his personal brand, launching a podcast and hosting small events, each requiring a space that could adapt to different needs.
But finding a space that offered flexibility, professionalism, and no long-term commitment proved difficult.
A Gap in the Market
Traditional office spaces required long-term leases. Creative studios were limited. Meeting spaces lacked consistency. And many coworking environments didn’t offer the right balance between productivity and design.
There was a clear gap, a space that could bring work, meetings, and content creation together under one roof, without unnecessary complexity.
